Restoring memory after Covid

Actually, this is where it all started. Two and a half years ago, after severely suffering from Covid-19, your humble servant and subsequently the author of the program, felt a noticeable deterioration in memory. I began to forget the names of my colleagues, I forgot words, terms during a conversation, the names of technologies.
Having tried several methods of restoring memory, I settled on the simplest and long-known method - regular repetition of the material to be remembered. And to make it more convenient and faster, I wrote a small program for quick repetition.
I started with a dozen names and surnames of colleagues with whom I once worked. These names served as keys to remembering a large number of events associated with me and these people. In addition to firmly memorizing the initial list, the method gave unexpected results: I gradually began to remember the names of colleagues whom I had not remembered for ten years.
Day by day, my list of colleague names grew and soon reached 40 names, then followed classmates, college mates, childhood friends. Of course, I did not stop at names, I began to work with technical terms and after a month or two I forgot about the initial problems with memory.
I forgot so much that I completely stopped repeating my lists. And, as it turned out, in vain. After some time, forgetfulness did not fail to return. But I was already ready for a quick solution to this problem - regular work with the program once a week corrected this.
